Jason Davis grew up in a small town, with a small life until one day, he woke up, and decided that he wasn't just going to stay small town forever. He got up before his parents woke up, and took the long drive to Chicago to enroll himself into Columbia College, where he would work hard and enjoy himself on a way to reach his degree in Film/Video.
In 2003, He founded the Chicago Horror Film Festival, and then in 2005, expanded it to create another festival, this one contracted by a theater in Indiana, entitled, "The Indy Horror Film Festival." He also started pre-production for his feature film, "El Perdido" that is still listed as in pre-production. Last known to be working with Autumn Night Studios, the project has an unknowable future.
In 2009 he completed his first horror novel, "Inside the Mirrors." He is currently looking for a publisher as he continues to write his second novel, "Invisible Spiders." He is also founder of Festivals of Fright, contributor to Dark Arts Magazine, and is raising two wonderful children with his wife, Erin.
